Book A Lounge for an hour, and our staff will be at your service, for those who want privacy when purchasing or customizing an item from our products, in addition to serving hot and cold drinks and different types of sweets.

A Lounge Reservation

Terms and Ways for A lounge Booking

  1. Booking Requirements:
    • To secure a reservation in our A lounge, you must book an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your intended visit through our website.
  1. Reservation Fees:
    • A reservation fee of 400 QAR is applicable for booking the A lounge.
    • The reservation fee can be refunded if your total purchase at the lounge exceeds 5000 QAR.
  1. Appointment Duration:
    • Each appointment in the A lounge is allocated a duration of 1 hour.
    • Please note that it is not possible to extend, renew the reservation’s duration on the same day.
  2. Maximum Capacity:
    • The A lounge can accommodate a maximum of 3 people at a time.
  3. VIP Service Inclusions:
    • You may choose from the specialty coffee options prepared from the finest kinds of coffee beans exclusively for A Lounge.
    • A set of cakes and savories are served exclusively in our A Lounge.
  4. Delayed / Missed Appointments:
    • In the event of a delay for your appointment, additional time will not be compensated.
    • Please note that other reservations may be scheduled immediately after your allotted time.
    • If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, you will not be compensated at another time or refund the amount paid, as the lounge was reserved and prepared especially for you.
    • You may reassign your scheduled appointment only if you give 2 days prior notice.
    • Please ensure you understand and agree to these terms before making a booking in our A lounge.
