To initiate the exchange, please place your product in its original packaging, along with the original receipt and tags, and the product must be in excellent, salable condition. The original invoice and certificates accompanying the product must also be presented.
Customers are eligible for a return within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Money refunds also apply from 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase if the purchase was made by card, and the amount is refunded within 24 hours if the purchase was made in cash.
